1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Moon Valley Tours ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Booking Conditions

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Moon Valley Tours or the relevant activity provider.
  • Prices displayed are per person unless otherwise stated, and are in Euros (EUR).
  • You must provide accurate personal information when making a booking. Errors may result in cancellation.
  • Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • Some activities require minimum participant numbers; if not met, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation: Activities marked "Free Cancellation" can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the activity start time for a full refund.
  • Standard cancellation: For activities without free cancellation, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows: No refunds are issued for no-shows.
  • Provider cancellation: If an activity is cancelled by the provider due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all participants meet any age, fitness, or health requirements specified for an activity.
  • You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moon Valley Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and activity providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers, nor for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in activities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Moon Valley Tours or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
